About Passos Human Resources

My background

My name is Louis Passos. I have been working as an HR business partner / HR manager since 2002. In 2011 I started as a freelance HR professional and since then I have worked at various organizations in various HR-related assignments.

I work pragmatically and customer-oriented, and I enjoy working with active professionals who are guided by the content and focused on the result.

As an HR business partner, I mainly focus on the organization, advising and supporting management to implement their strategy and achieve objectives. As a sparring partner I look at teams and the environment in which they operate. High performance, strategic personnel planning and leadership are themes to which I pay a lot of attention to help organizations move successfuly into the future.

As an HR manager I reorganized an HR department at a technical company. The transition was made from a reactive to a proactive management strategy. I have introduced as many e-hrm applications as possible to facilitate the execution of HR processes.

As an HR project manager I have supervised many reorganisations, including intensive advisory processes with the Works Council. In addition, during my projects I adjusted pension and employment conditions with the associated consultation and advice processes. I also led the implementation of Oracle HRMS, a performance management and applicant tracking system.
